RUTH Langsford has become one of the biggest stars on British TV alongside her husband and former Sky News presenter Eamonn Holmes.

Who is Ruth Langsford, how old is she and what’s her background?
Ruth Langsford is a 57-year-old TV presenter most known for roles on Loose Women and This Morning.
Born in Singapore, the star was raised across several different countries in her first ten years of life before eventually settling in the UK.
She made her presenting debut in 1997 on The Really Useful Show, and since then she has mainly worked with ITV.
The exceptions to this include How the Other Half Lives for Channel 5, and her own QVC segment titled Ruth Langsford’s Fashion Edit.
She currently acts as the Friday host of This Morning with husband Eamonn Holmes, and they also cover for Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield when they take holidays.

Ruth has been with husband Eamonn Holmes for the past twenty two years – and have been married for seventeen.
They were introduced through mutual friend, TV presenter Sally Meen.
Ruth and Eamonn became engaged in 2009 and they married in June 2010.
The couple have one son, Jack, born in February 2002.
Since then, they have become known for their on-screen banter and “squabbling like an old married couple”.
They present This Morning together every Friday.
