A MAN has been killed and another left with devastating injuries after being stabbed in a brawl near a Halloween pub party.
A 19-year-old has been arrested over the fatal brawl, with police launching an investigation into the early morning fight.
Police had been called to the scene after the 30-year-old man was fatally stabbed, with another victim, in his 20s, was rushed to hospital with serious injuries.
The stabbing happened near The Monkfield Arms, where a Halloween party had been taking place, with the pub remaining closed this morning.
Cambridgeshire Police said: “A man has been arrested in connection with a double stabbing in Cambourne.”
The arrested teen remains in hospital with minor injuries.
Emergency services had rushed to the scene in Monkfield Lane, Cambourne at about 12.35am on Saturday.
Another two men, believed to be friends of the deceased, were detained by police on Saturday morning as they became agitated at the scene.
