Adam Johnson’s ex-girlfriend Stacey Flounders closes her social media pages after abuse by trolls

EXCLUSIVE: Mum of child sex-rap footballer's daughter deletes accounts during his trial

ADAM Johnson’s stunning ex-girlfriend has closed down her Facebook page after being hounded by abuse from online trolls.

Gorgeous Stacey Flounders kept her page public after the player was charged with child sex abuse allegations last year.

But the mum-of-one, who dumped Johnson in the dock after he admitted sexual activity with a 15-year-old fan, closed her page at the weekend after the abuse became too much.

A source revealed: “She was getting dozens of messages and they were very nasty and hurtful. She doesn’t need to take that kind of grief because she’s not the one in court.”

Snaps uploaded on the social media site of Johnson giggling with the pair’s infant daughter had showed Flounders standing by her man.

She shared an image of the winger lying on a rug in front of a fire as baby Ayla – born in January last year – tries to crawl towards him.

Two more photos show Stacey cuddling the baby and the brunette staring seductively into the camera wearing a strappy top.

Johnson is on trial at Bradford Crown Court. He has admitted grooming and sexual activity with a child but denies an offence that a more serious sex act took place.

Soon after the scandal erupted she changed her Facebook profile to a gorgeous bikini shot.

Stacey later uploaded a pic of herself wearing the cap with the abbreviation DTF – which means down to f*** – on her Facebook page.

Dad-of-one Johnson, 28, was arrested on March 2nd at his £1.5 million home.

The offences are said to have taken place in January and February of last year. He initially told trusting Stacey that the girl was 16 and not 15 at the time the offences occurred.

Stacey appeared alongside Johnson today as the judge began summarising evidence to bring the case to a close.

Johnson has admitted two lesser counts of grooming and kissing a child, but denies two more serious charges of sexual activity by penetration.

He faces up to 14 years behind bars if found guilty of the more serious crimes.
